Um, apparently Harper hasn't yet made any kind of impression on the international media. I saw this picture and caption on the Times Online:

To be fair, his name is Stephen Joseph Harper. I think this is more a case of the journalist screwing up than anything else.
Yup. And "Walker Bush" or "Lynton Blair" would have gone over really swell...
